Thanks for the comment! Glad to know you were trying to use these resources. You can get the error “browser is unable to connect” for a variety of reasons, but in this case I don’t think it means there is anything wrong with the website–it’s probably a slow internet connection somewhere between your computer & their server (think of it like plumbing and there is a clog or a pipe that’s too small slowing things down somewhere in the system).

The other option is that because Thinkfinity.org has recently been revamping their site, they may have had some related technical difficulties, but the Thinkfinity Literacy Network has yet to change. The link to the TLN courses is still http://literacynetwork.verizon.org/TLN/courses and when I checked just now you could click on Course Descriptions and Enroll Now for any of the listings I mentioned in the post.

I can get access to the site, but much of the site, including the course selections are not operational. When you click on the course links you get the message that the browser was unable to connect. You get mesages like “temporarily out of order” when you click on certain other links in the site.
